2 Year Full-Time Course - Animation and Visual Effects

This course is specifically designed to provide you wth as complete an education as possible. We will follow standard practice as far as production procedures, and simulate actual projects throughout the course.
The focus of this course is not on creating software operators, but on creating digital artists that know how to think.

2nd year: Autodesk Maya and Adobe After Effects

Purpose of the Course:

The aim of this course is to provide students with a functional working knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max, Autodesk Maya and Autodesk Combustion. It is extremely comprehensive, and all the major aspects of the software are covered. This will give the learner a thorough understanding of the applications and the ability to use them in a production environment. As these applications are extensive, students are expected to be committed to learning and not averse to doing extra homework.

Specific Outcomes:

The ability to create new 3D models, apply textures, generate scene lighting, and the ability to animate these parameters. Students will have a complete understanding of the software and the workflow required to use it successfully.

• Aspirant 3D artists who want to work on film or commercial animation and effects
• Industrial Design, Interior Design or Architectural graduates who would like to use 3D in their daily work
