learn2 has instituted a policy for recognition of prior learning, For more information please contact Mary at the learn2 offices 

1. The student must comply with the rules and regulations of learn2 Digital Media Academy as are laid down from time to time to ensure the highest possible standard of conduct.
2. learn2 Digital Media Academy has the right in its sole discretion to cancel both the registration of the student and this contract if the behaviour of the student is unacceptable. In the case of cancellation of this agreement for any reason whatsoever, any refund will be at the discretion of the learn2 Digital Media Academy.
3. The student must give a minimum of one full months written notice of cancellation of this contract and is liable for payment of 10% of the total tuition fee as indicated.
4. If fees are not paid on the due date, the full balance shall become payable immediately.
5. If a student requires additional private tuition it will be charged at a rate of R200.00 per hour per student. Dates and times will be at the lecturers’ discretion.
6. The student will be responsible for any damage caused to any property of learn2 Digital Media Academy.
7. learn2 Digital Media Academy has the right to charge interest at prime rate plus 2% on any overdue instalment from the due date to date of payment.
8. Course dates are subject to change. Courses will run on said dates provided that minimum enrolment figures have been met.
9. The student consents in terms of Section 45 of Act 32 of 1944 to any proceedings resulting from the agreement being under the jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court of Cape Town and consents to Summary Judgment on the production of a statement of Account signed by the Principal or Accountant of the Academy.
learn2 Digital Media Academy is an independent, private, self-funded institution that does not receive any form of government subsidy. All fees are payable per contract and schedule. It is important to note that the fee is fully inclusive and the student will be provided with all the necessary materials, facilities and equipment to complete all workshops and class projects.

Application Fee
• Non-refundable application fee of R400.
(should your application be successful, the application fee will be deducted from your tuition fees)
• Please note, once you have been accepted to learn2 Digital Media Academy, we require an initial deposit of 10% of your course fee to be paid to secure your place.
• The remaining balance is due on or before the date of registration - 30 January 2008.
